Kinnith Dale Wilkinson, Sr., 81, was born on March 15, 1937 in Lawton, OK. It is with deep sadness that his family announces his passing on December 14, 2018 in Merced, CA. He was predeceased by his parents, Claude and Macie Wilkinson and his siblings, Claude Wilkinson, Jr., Florence Wilkinson, Troy Wilkinson and Dolores Banner. Kinnith was married to the love of his life, Virginia (Benitey) Wilkinson for 52 years. He raised three daughters, Yvonne, Teresa and Cathy, and one son, Kinnith Jr. Kinnith worked at San Joaquin Supply Company for 25 years and then was fortunate to work for Dave Martini at Central Supply Company for many years before finally retiring in 2009. Kinnith resided in Modesto for over 35 years before moving to Sanger in 2010 and then to Winton in 2011. In 2011, our Dad was blessed to have met another wonderful lady, Betty Welker. They were married on December 16, 2012. Betty has been a blessing to our family. Kinnith was a loving husband and father who loved his family dearly and always put their needs above his own. He always enjoyed when the family would get together. Dad was proud that he raised children who have a special bond and respect for one another. Kinnith will be lovingly remembered by his children, Yvonne (Rick) Geiger, Teresa (Morgan) Webber, Cathy (Joe) Branco, and Kinnith (Melissa) Wilkinson, Jr. He will always be remembered by his loving grandchildren, Marissa (Ryan) Sliger, Kindrea Geiger, Devyn Webber, Joe (Marilene) Branco, Lani (Tom) Brown, Taylor (Jon) Karr and Kinnith Wilkinson III; great-grandchildren, Blake and Blaine Sliger, Katelynn Price, Jax, Maddox and Bexton Branco and Reece and Harlan Brown; sisters-in-law, Louise (George) Alves, Helen Kazarian, Doris Parsons and Marjorie (Dee) Barkley. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and friends who will miss his kind and gentle soul. Kinnith was predeceased by his great-grandson, Kaden Price. Kinnith will also be lovingly remembered by his loving extend family, Gerald Welker, Andrew (Robin) Welker and Elizabeth Belloli; grandchildren, Michael (Allison) Welker, Andrea Welker, Matthew Welker and Megan and Tyler Franklin; and his great-grandchildren, Emalee and Cole Belloli, Logan and Abigail Welker and Carter Griffin. Thank you for the many, many happy memories of wonderful times that will always be in our hearts. Thank you for being our Dad. Until we meet again. We love you more. A visitation will be held at 9 a.m. on December 27, 2018, followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m., at Turlock Funeral Home, 425 N. Soderquist Rd., Turlock, CA 95380.
