Beverly Jean Strom-Wenstrand January 3, 1934 - September 6, 2025 Beverly Jean Strom-Wenstrand, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully in Hughson, California, on September 6, 2025, at the age of 91. She was surrounded by her children and grandchildren in her final days. Born in Turlock on January 3, 1934, and raised in Hilmar, Beverly’s life was marked by faith, family, and an unwavering love for others. On November 17, 1951, she married Gustave Eldon Strom, with whom she shared three children: Debra Beverly, Geoffrey Eldon, and Sandra Alice. After Gustave’s passing, she found companionship and joy again with Everett Wenstrand, whom she married in 2004. Beverly was preceded in death by her first husband, Gustave Eldon Strom; her second husband, Everett Wenstrand; and her daughter, Debra Beverly Stevens. She is survived by her children Geoffrey Eldon (Cara) Strom and Sandra Alice (Kurt) Rademacher; son-in-law Mark Stevens (Karla); six grandchildren, Trevor (Melee) Stevens, Jessica (Cody) Talbot, Kadra (Aaron) Vaccaro, Risa (Austin) Welch, Weston Rademacher, and Maggi Strom; three step-grandchildren, Lola Wenstrand, and Porter and Amber White, and five great-grandchildren, Hannah, Tate, Mason, Max, and Kate. Known affectionately as “MorMor,” Beverly was the heart of her family. Her love knew no bounds and extended to countless friends and “adopted” families, with whom she maintained special connections throughout her life. A devoted member of Hilmar Covenant Church for 75 years, she held many volunteer roles and was a steadfast presence in her community. Beverly’s kitchen was one of her greatest ministries, where she was legendary for her cookies, almond rusk, Swedish pancakes, rice pudding, and pomegranate jelly. She will be remembered as a pillar of her community, a woman of deep faith, and a source of boundless love to all who knew her.
