Becky was born in Fresno, California to Lorene and Wesley Cole and passed away on April 15, 2016 at her home in Turlock. In the early years of her life, she lived in Riverdale, California and then for the next 55 years Becky lived in Newman, Patterson and Turlock. She spent the last 27 years with the love of her life and husband Wayne. Becky was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, friend and wife. She loved planting flowers and enjoyed being outdoors. Her passion was dancing. From an early age, Becky was taking dancing lessons at June McVey Dance Studio in Turlock and then some years later she was back with June’s studio. Ultimately, she was included in the dance group called “The Crickets” and for years they would look forward to dance recital time in the early summer. She loved being with this group of girls. The Crickets traveled from time to time to give performances. Later, Becky developed severe back pain and had to stop dancing but in the last couple of weeks, she was talking about buying a new pair of tap shoes. However, the biggest parts in her life were her children and grandchildren. Her children were the center of her world and then came four grandchildren that became her world again. She was so proud of her grandchildren and often bragged to her friends about their accomplishments and accolades. They loved her very much. She also shared her love of the Oakland A’s and enjoyed trips to destinations in Nevada with her friends, sister and brother-in-law, and husband. Becky touched so many lives. She was selfless to a fault. She gave more of herself than she ever expected in return. Becky will be missed by her many friends. Becky is leaving an indelible mark on this world and she will be in our hearts forever. Becky leaves behind her loving husband Wayne Zipser of Turlock, children Darin (Melinda) DeOliveira of Stockton, Jenifer (Wes) Miller of Turlock, grandchildren Ryan Miller, Sierrah Miller, Matthew DeOliveira and Allison DeOliveira, step-children Andrea Zipser of Roseville and Vincent Zipser of Turlock, parents Wesley and Lorene Cole of Patterson, sister Cindi (David) Reichmuth of Patterson, niece Elizabeth (Eric) Anson, and nephews David Reichmuth, Jr. and John Reichmuth, sister-in-laws Robyn (Randy) DeHart, Christina (Steve) Stoll, brother-in-law Steve (Diane) Zipser, nieces Natalie Dehart, Abby Stoll and Laura Moulton, and nephews Nick DeHart, Sam Stoll and Paul Zipser as well as many cousins and dear friends. Becky was preceded in death by her in-laws Henry and Marion Zipser. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00p.m. on Thursday, April 21st at Turlock Memorial Park and Funeral Home located at 425 N. Soderquist Road, Turlock. On Friday, April 22nd a memorial service and graveside will be held at 2:00p.m. at Turlock Memorial Park and Funeral Home. Following the graveside service, you are welcome to attend her Celebration of Life at the S.O.S Club at 819 Sunset Avenue, Modesto.
