Delores Pascoal

Delores M. Pascoal, a resident of Modesto, passed away at Memorial Medical Center on Monday, September 6, 2021. She was 76 years old. Delores was born on June 28, 1945 in Turlock, CA, to Tom Cancimilla Sr. and Mary Silva Cancimilla. Raised in Turlock, she attended K-12th grade before graduating from Turlock High School. She worked in the processing and manufacturing field, finally retiring in 2010. In her spare time, she enjoyed attending Portuguese Fiestas and was an avid member of the Catholic Church. Along with her parents, Delores was preceded in death by her loving husband, George D. Pascoal Sr. and her brother, Dan Cancimilla. She is survived by her sons, Tony Pascoal, Joaquin Pascoal, and George Pascoal Jr., and her four grandchildren. She also leaves behind her brothers, Richard Cancimilla, Tom Cancimilla, and Joe Cancimilla, and sisters, Annie Henson, Shirley Sarnowsky, and Mary Demattos. A viewing will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m., on Friday, September 17, 2021, at Turlock Funeral Home, 425 N. Soderquist Rd., Turlock. Delores will be laid to rest at Turlock Memorial Park. Following the burial, a reception will be held at Turlock Funeral Home.
