Raymon R. Rohde Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Raymon Rohde, 83 of Turlock, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at his home. Ray was born in Modesto, California on January 22, 1939 to Arendt and Doris Rohde. He was a graduate of Ceres High School, UC Berkeley, where he played four years of baseball, and the University of Washington. He was the Vice President at The Bank of California, Modesto Banking Company, Union Bank of California and President of Pacific Valley National Bank. He was the President of the Turlock Country Club, Chairman of the CSU Stanislaus Finance and Investment Committee, United Way City of Ceres, and Modesto Chamber of Commerce Long Range Planning Committee. He volunteered for the Stanislaus State basketball program helping with fundraising, recruiting and tutoring players. He was a lover of golf, baseball, basketball, football, and his dog Charlie. He leaves his wife, Patsy; three children, Kevin (Jamie), Robin (Todd), Ray Jr.; three granddaughters, Lauren (Taylor), Caitlin (Billy), Hannah (Justin); and great-granddaughter, Avery. Remembrances may be made to American Diabetes Association or American Cancer Society. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on August 5, 2022 at Turlock Funeral Home, in the Main Chapel. Reception to follow at Turlock Country Club.
