Michelle Lynn Hall, a beacon of unconditional love, strength, and resilience, passed away peacefully on August 26, 2026. Born in Madera, California, on January 21, 1964, to Patricia (Warner) and William Martin, Michelle grew up in Turlock, California. From an early age, her vibrant spirit and protective nature shone through. At Keyes Elementary School, she took pride in her academic and many athletic achievements. As the fierce protector of her siblings, she spent her early years keeping them in line while ensuring no harm ever came their way. She carried this determination into Turlock High School, always keeping her goals high in the classroom and on the basketball court with her strong work ethic and competitive spirit. At just 16 years old, Michelle landed her first job at the Foster Farms restaurant on Geer Road. That single step launched a remarkable 44-year career with her first and only employer. Through sheer dedication and talent, she climbed the company ladder to become the Live Production Planning & Scheduling Manager, a role in which she was deeply committed to until her retirement. Michelle's greatest joy in life was always her family. In early 1988, she married her then husband, Mike Abuan and later that year they welcomed her daughter, Stephanie Michelle, and in 1993 her son Zachary Michael. Though life eventually took Michelle and Mike on separate paths, they remained bonded through their children. In 2002, Michelle met and married the absolute love of her life, Kenny Hall, in Delhi, Ca. They spent many wonderful years together building a beautiful life, raising their children, going on family vacations, attending concerts, baseball & football games, and traveling near and far for the kids sports. Michelle and Kenny loved each other unconditionally and were truly soulmates. Michelle, devoted her entire life to her children and family. Despite facing unimaginable heartaches throughout her journey, nothing could ever dim her capacity to love. She remained the sweetest, strongest, smartest, and most independent woman her family and friends have ever known. In her well-deserved spare time, Michelle found joy in the simple things. She was a avid reader, jokingly breaking Amazon Kindle records by devouring hundreds of books a year. She also loved tending to her garden and spending hours crafting & laughing in her craft room alongside her best friend. Michelle is reunited in peace with her beloved husband, Kenny Hall; her precious daughter, Stephanie Michelle Abuan; and her parents, Patricia Ervin and William Martin. Her legacy of love and resilience lives on through her devoted son, Zachary Abuan; her brother, Stacey Martin (Connie); her sister, Melissa Ervin; and her many nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her deeply cherished, lifelong friends, and her honorary grand-babies, all of whom brought immense joy to her later years. We will love her and miss her until the end of our days. While our hearts are heavy, we find profound comfort and hope in knowing that she is at peace, holding her husband and daughter once again. Service Information Services will be held on Friday, September 11, 2026, with the schedule as follows: Visitation: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM Funeral Ceremony: 2:00 PM Burial: A graveside burial service will immediately follow the ceremony. Reception: An off-site reception will be held following the burial at Turlock Horseman's Club - 1509 S. Tegner Road, Turlock, Ca. Feel free to bring your favorite dessert or drink (non-glass) to share. Food & Refreshments will be provided. Flowers & Tributes Floral arrangements are lovingly accepted on the day of the service. The family kindly asks that you help them shower Michelle one last time by sending your own personal favorite flowers to line her resting place. Donations & Memorial Contributions In lieu of traditional memorial gifts, the family requests that donations be made to support Michelle's son.
